Our workshops are educational, informative and fun..They are all geared to provide practical, research-based recommendations that are easy to incorporate into employees’ daily lives. We are experts at creating engaging and educational health information that will motivate attendees to make better conscious choices for optimal wellbeing. All our workshops include meditation or mindfulness which is key to stress management. 
The workshops vary between 50-90 minutes.

It is well accepted that stress is the greatest threat to the wellbeing of people. Whether stress is

caused by work overload, deadlines, relationships, juggling between family and work etc.. it

manifest in our bodies in a number of ways such as the inability to focus properly, lack of

creativity, worry, fatigue, increased anger, stress headaches, trouble sleeping and overtime a

variety of health-related diseases. In this workshop, we will discover 8 effective tips to keep you

balanced, productive and peaceful in these times and how to gain control over your mind and

body with the breath.

 

 

STRESS-LESS & EAT RIGHT

The latest research is now linking stress to the food we eat, a direct link between the mind and

the gut. In this workshop, we will explain the power of smart nutrition, hydration, and good sleep and how to make the right choices to keep high performance and stress less. Eating the right foods can decrease your levels of stress and anxiety while eating the wrong foods can actually increase them.  

 

STRESS-LESS & MINDFULNESS

Mindfulness promotes positive emotions and helps provide resilience. The latest research is also showing how mindfulness reduces stress and anxiety and can help improve focus and productivity and increase happiness.  Negative emotions disrupt productivity at work, through mindfulness we can become aware of these toxic patterns, and learn how to identify and modify them before they take control. In this workshop, we will look at the benefits of mindfulness, focusing techniques and breathing techniques, that can be practiced at work or at home. 

 

 

IMPROVING YOUR BRAIN HEATH WITH FOOD

Food is the fuel for both the body and the brain. Learn simple yet effective ways to nourish your brain, improve your memory and sharpen your focus.  We will share the latest research, expert guidance on dietary and lifestyle approaches to fine-tune brain chemistry and increase energy and focus. More than ever, in an age of fast-moving and fast-thinking we need to take care of our nutrition for the brain.
